The apartment is located only 150m from the sea and promenade then 7 min walk to the beach. It is a flat beach which makes it suitable with families with children. There are many facilities at the beach such as umbrellas, and sun beds. There are water sports are available at the beach. Larnaka municipality keeps clean the beach and the water quality is regulary monitored and the beach has Blue Flag status. and 10-15 min walk along the sea to the center where there are a lot of shops and restaurants. Outside of the building has some small park with children playground. Larnaca airport is only 5 min by car. Water World is 30 min by car. St. Lazaros church is 10 min walk. In winter time you can see the Pink Flamingo in Larnaca Salt Lake and it is only few minutes by car from the apartment.
