This beautiful, detached holiday home is situated in the center of the old town of Rovinj in the pedestrian zone, in the street Grisiji, which ascends from the foot of the town steeply towards to the top of the hill where the church of St. Euphemia is located with its famous bell towering with a beautiful view of the whole city, the sea and the surrounding area. On the ground floor is a large living room, kitchen and bathroom and on the first floor are two bedrooms with their own bathrooms.
