In a separate room, there is a well-equipped kitchen and then a bathroom with shower. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, one with a bathroom with bath and the other with a bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with bunk beds and a third extractable bed and a bathroom with bath. Location The villa is perfectly surrounded by a pinewood in the famous seaside location, being also a tourist port, of Punta Ala, in a residential area where there are other villas in quiet and secluded locations.
