Mi Capricho complex is right on the beachfront! This modern, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom , 1st floor apartment offers sea views from the large, sunny , west facing terrace overlooking one of the complexes two large freeform pools. Set within attractive, tropical, landscaped gardens which lead right down to the beach, accessed through a private gate directly from the gardens. Internally, the lounge, which also offers sea views, opens out through full length patio doors to the terrace which provides an ideal space to either sun bathe or dine al-fresco whist watching the sun set over the coast of North Africa. Two bright, spacious bedrooms, the master one being en-suite with a further family bathroom and a modern fully equipped kitchen. Air-conditioned throughout to provide cool air in the summer months or warm air heating in the cooler weeks. Externally, the secure, gated complex is set within extensive, landscaped gardens with a communal area offering free WIFI for guests staying in the complex. The apartment is within a few minutes’ walk of a large selection of local restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets and there is a great beachfront restaurant right beside the complex. The newly completed coastal walkway runs along beside the sea directly in front of the complex towards Fuengirola to the east and Cabopino, Marbella to the west. Private underground parking with direct lift access to the front door. Ideal for all age groups and definitely for the discerning guests wanting to be right by the beach AND within walking distance of all the facilities. The apartment offers complimentary WIFI and UK and European television channels. As with all our holiday homes - this is a NON SMOKING property. The interior and terrace square metrages are estimates. In this property you will find a comprehensive information pack complete with an extensive restaurant guide spanning the entire coast, local area information, activity options, golf course maps and much more. Our staff are also on hand to make reservations, recommendations and ensure the smooth running of your holiday. If this property is not available for your preferred dates please let us know as we may have a similar property available. ************************************************************************************************* There is a minimum booking period of 7 nights, after that extra nights are charged pro rata. A housekeeping surcharge will apply bookings during the low and mid seasons. Please check our Suncoaster Holidays Terms and Conditions page on our website for dates and prices. Additional person supplement 75€ per person per week (includes the supply of an inflatable full height bed, bed linen and towels). A €40 booking fee is payable on each booking. Linen and bath towels are provided at a charge of €15 for a 1 bedroom property, €30 for a 2 bedroom property and €45 for a 3 bedroom property. Special, discounted rates are available for bookings of four weeks and over – please ask for details. For these discounted bookings, electricity usage is charged on top. The electricity payment will be due at the end of your stay or each month depending on the duration of your stay and taken from your damage deposit if not paid before. Keys are to be collected from our office and returned to us on the morning of departure. An outside key box is used when our office is closed. Google maps and coordinates from the airport to our office and from our office to your property, along with the property address, written directions and the key box code will be emailed to you once the holiday balance is paid.
