A 12 km long, Bisse (water pipe) that was built in the 15th century was recently restored. With fantastic view high up in Veysonnaz and without having to overcome huge differences in altitude, take a hike along Bisse.WinterAfter a snow fall in winter, Veysonnaz becomes a winter sports paradise. This ski area is a part of the four valleys with around 400 km of perfectly prepared ski runs. Several world cup races are held on the ski runs situated above Veysonnaz. This is a wonderful spectacle for the visitors. The huge ski area of the four valleys stretches from Veysonnaz and the adjacent Thyon-les-Collons 2000 situated over Nendaz, across Mont Fort (3,330 metres) till Verbier and La Tzoumaz. Ski runs no less than 410 km catering to all levels (from beginners to professionals) are offered here. You can also try snowboarding here.
