Situated near the vibrant, family friendly, unspoilt town of Montegordo. 10 mins walk away. Fully furnished, very spacious and boasts a 30ft x 15ft lounge/dining area with Snooker Table, 3 good sized bedrooms, (Can sleep 8) 2 bathrooms, large modern well equipped kitchen, 2 verandas adjoining lounge and kitchen. All rooms have ceiling fans and stay very cool even during hot summer months. Free WiFi. Ample parking outside. Ideally situated in the Eastern Algarve close to roads for access to the best beaches, golf courses, towns and attractions in the Algarve. Outside: Large swimming pool & terrace area within complex which is owned by an independent company who charge for access. Comment from guests - The pool was worth every penny. It was never allowed to be busy. The water felt on par with ozone water found in a health spa and not that of a public pool. BUT i also have a deal with Clube Praia Verde to use their infinity pool for 2 Adults 2 Children (under 8) It is situated in an amazing location overlooking the beautiful coastline 5 mins away by car. Also has the top restaurant Pezinhos NAreia nearby. After researching the various regions & properties extensively I decided on the Eastern Algarve as it wasnt as commercialised as the Western end providing a more authentic feel with traditional towns & restaurants. I fell in love with Monte Gordo as the town was very family friendly with a good selection of bars & restaurants set beside one of the best beaches on the Algarve. So the area was sorted now to find a suitable apartment! I discovered the Monte Fino complex being built a stones throw from Monte Gordo & originally was looking at a 2 Bed apartment but when I viewed the 3 bed it was in a different league, so spacious, light & airy.
