Fantastic 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa 10 minutes from local attractions including Dunns River Falls, Dolphin Cove, Mystic Mountain and Ocho Rios town. The villa is fully equipped with all essentials including free Wifi and a large garden with fruit trees. We have a king size bed, queen size bed and 2 singles. The whole house has air conditioning. The living room has cable on a smart TV, the master bedroom and Queen bedroom both have a smart TV with access to the internet. The master bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom and walk in wardrobe. The other two bedrooms have large built in wardrobes and share a bathroom. We also have a travel cot for babies, including bed linen. There is a washing machine and washing line. Towels provided, please bring your own beach towels. The community has 24 gated security access, gym, tennis court and large swimming pool with childrens pool. Very friendly community with a mixture of holiday lets and permanent residents makes this an ideal holiday. The local town of St Anns bay, about 5 minutes drive has a fantastic market everyday with fresh local fruit and vegetables. Ocho Rios, about 10 minutes drive has an array of restaurants, beaches, nightclubs, shops and a craft market. So come and visit because yaso nice!
