On the ground entrance you will find a large kitchen with two ovens, two refrigerators with freezers, a big and bright dining room and a spacious cozy living room. Upstairs consists of two large double bedrooms and two bathrooms with bathtub and a closet. From the living room a flight of stairs will take you to the lower floor, composed of a recreational room with foosball, pinball machine and console. You will also find a bathroom with shower, movie room with large screen, a billiard room, music room and a laundry room. There is also one double bedroom, one bedroom with separate single beds, two single bedrooms and four bathrooms, two of which have a shower and two with bathtubs. Spoleto is approx. 42 Km away, home of the “Festival Dei Due Mondi”, Perugia at 32km, the regional capital with Etruscan marvels, Assisi at 37 Km, with the beautiful Basilica of San Francesco.Don’t miss the chance to see the famous Orvieto (60 Km), and witness the splendor of its Duomo or visit the underground town, especially the St. Patrick’s Well, 54 mt deep.
