Holiday home in the countryside, not far from Spoleto, with large outdoor site, completely fenced, surrounded by cultivated fields and olive groves. The estate is particularly suitable for guests travelling with their four-legged-friends; in fact, up to three pets are allowed on property. You can go trekking or cycling in the countryside (3 mountain bikes are available on request and against payment), or you can play badminton in the garden, thanks to the portable net at your disposal; moreover the owner can organize guided tours and excursions such as canoeing on the river Clitunno at 5 Km, rafting on river Nera 20 Km (even for beginners) and fishing in a private lake at 5 Km (services upon request, against payment). Distances: Spoleto 6 km, Todi 50 km, Perugia 60 km, Lago Trasimeno 80 km, Lago di Bolsena 100 km, Roma 120 km. The house has two solar panels for the production of hot water. It’s organized on two levels: raised ground floor and first floor. The basement is not accessible; staircase leading to the basement is locked with a gate). Within the property there are beehives for the production of honey, located in a delimitated area which is not accessible.
