This apartment is in perfect family resort Morillon Les Esserts (Morillon 1100). Morillon is part of the Grand Massif lift-linked area that includes Flaine, Morillon, Les Carroz, Samoens and Sixt. The Grand Massif area boasts 148 marked pistes, including the 14km blue Cascades as well as several challenging freeride areas such as the Gers bowl. Besides access to the whole of the Grand Massif area Morillon boasts the longest and best green piste in the Alps - Marvel - which is a marvel and perfect for child friendly instruction. Only 45 minutes from Geneva airport means no fuss transfers. If car rental is not an option there is train and shuttle bus access to Morillon village. Les Esserts/Morillon 1100 is the "top station" in Morillon, meaning faster ski in and ski out access. At the same time is has a well stocked supermarket, pub, tea room/cafe/patisserie and several good restaurants as well as plenty of rental shops for equipment choice. Anything else can be found at the Carrefour in Samoens, a 20 min drive. Ample free parking is available a 5 minute walk from the apartment. Rented in block basement parking may be available at extra cost. The apartment has two ensuite bedrooms. One with double bed and ensuite shower and wash basin room, the other with bath/shower, wc and wash basin, There is ample clothes storage in both bedrooms. In addition the double sofa bed, and separate wc mean that the apartment can comfortably cater for 6. A fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher and microwave, kettle and toaster, widescreen TV (satellite service includes BBC), audio and DVD player and 2 balconies complete the high standard of accommodation. Please note you will need to bring sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases and towels with you or arrange for these to be rented locally.
