THE AREA: Agios Sostis is on the south coast of Tinos Island, right across from Mykonos. It is one of the most sought-after areas for family holidays due to its long sandy beach, the excellent Aegean views and the short distance from Tinos town. - The long sandy beach of Agios Sostis is only 5-minutes walk from the house (350m), as is the nearest cafe and restaurant. It is one of the most beautiful beaches of the Island, favoured by families due to the shallow and safe waters for the children. Tinos town (5km) is about 8-minutes drive. It is full of life with many restaurants and cafes, shopping streets, medieval cobbled streets, Monuments, Museum, Cultural Centre, and the impressive Cathedral of Megalochari. - Coach tours around the island as well as boat trips to the islands of Andros, Syros, Mykonos, Delos, Paros Naxos and Santorini are available on a daily basis.
