It’s spread across 2 different floors and it also comes with a private garden and balcony. It also comes with large windows and wooden floors throughout giving ample natural light. The home is currently for sale so there could be viewings during your stay. We provide a tidying service at 10am for all guests free of charge to keep the home in perfect condition. The entrance is located on the ground floor where guests will find a spacious and bright living area with modern and comfortable sofas, a flat-screen TV, and armchairs, ideal for gatherings with friends or family. On the ground floor, guests will also find the garden. The kitchen is located in a separate adjacent room and it comes fully equipped and ready to be used. On this floor guests will also find a toilet room for added convenience. The 2 bedrooms are located on the first and feature comfortable double beds with en suite bathrooms. Both bathrooms are clean and neat and come with a bathtub. One of the bedrooms also opens up directly to the private balcony. The house offers high-speed WiFi and space to work, should you need or want to get some work done while there. The home also features a modern and spacious gym area, ideal to get some exercise done! The home has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale. Because of this, the home must be prepared for viewings, so once a viewing is confirmed a cleaner will tidy the home free of charge at 10am, except Sundays and the day of your check out. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is booked. Viewings typically last around 10 minutes. The nightly rate of the home is discounted as thanks for being accommodating. You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with a key box, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm. Right in the heart of Pimlico only a short walk away from Victoria station, the neighbourhood offers great coffee shops, restaurants, bars and shops. Sloane Square and the Kings Road are not far and with the tube a few steps away, you have easy access to anywhere in London and can walk to most areas of central London in under 25 minutes. Given the location of the home, most of Londons centre is in walking distance or only a very short drive away. With the tube station so close you’ll be able to go anywhere in London quickly. You’ll also be able to hail a London taxi or use Uber to get around. Please note the 10am tidy is an essential part of staying in this home. If you’re looking to get up bright and early to make the most of the city, or your kids won’t let you sleep in, you will find this home and the tidy perfect for your stay. We’ll always let you know when a viewing from the estate agent is taking place. Typically viewings last around 10 minutes. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time wont be interrupted. The tidy is free of charge, and what’s more, if there’s a viewing during your stay that leads to an offer, we will refund you the full cost of one night as a thank you! The home is spread across multiple levels and guests who have difficulties with stairs may find it hard to access the whole home. The home has lots of natural light and is beautifully bright throughout. Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens. Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour.
