It has a dressing table with seat, and built-in closets. The second bedroom has two single beds and built-in closets. It also has wonderful views. Upstairs is a small open living-bedroom with a sofa bed, private bathroom and television. From here there are wide views from an elevated point. It also has a desk with chair and lighting perfect for remote work. The separate kitchen is very convenient as it is accessed directly from the private parking area outside the front door. Ideal for shopping bags. It has a separate pantry room. The living room is cozy and very bright, with sea views and fireplace. Access to the terrace, garden and jacuzzi area from the living room. The large terrace with porch offers stunning panoramic views of the entire coastline of the island, it is certainly ideal to enjoy special moments around the table and its hammocks and chill-out sofas. At the end of the garden, with a little more privacy, is the private jacuzzi with whirlpool and built-in speakers. The barbecue area is located in the lower part of the house, being very spacious and with many possibilities. IMPORTANT NOTICE: all children over 6 years of age must provide one of the following requirements: - Negative test of active infection (antigens or PCR) 72 hours prior to arrival. - Proof of having been vaccinated with the complete vaccination schedule within 8 months prior to travel. - Proof of having received a dose of vaccine more than 15 days in advance and within four months prior to travel. - To have passed the disease with 6 months of anticipation to the date of the displacement through medical certificate or public document where the date in which it has suffered the disease appears. - Responsible declaration to residents of the Canary Islands that they have not left their territory in the 15 days prior to arrival at the establishment. - Non-residents who can prove that they have stayed in the Canary Islands 15 days prior to arrival at the accommodation (e.g. copy of ticket) will also sign a declaration of responsibility for not having had symptoms on arrival at the establishment. - People who, regardless of their residence, have stayed outside the Canary Islands for less than 72 hours and having stayed in the Canary Islands for 15 days prior to that period of absence may also sign a declaration of no symptoms to access the tourist accommodation.
