Ikos Kerkyra is a great property for those wanting to holiday with another family, or extended family. It can sleep ten to twelve people, across the main villa and smaller, separate cottage/annexe. Both properties have been tastefully decorated to a high standard with fresh and gentle colours. It has a light and airy feel, with air conditioning throughout and tiled floors to keep you cool on even the hottest days. The main villa, with a beautifully designed open plan fully-fitted kitchen with a sleek and modern finish. In contrast to all the mod cons is an antique table provides a super breakfast spot or place to gather. Leading on from the kitchen is the dining area. With room for everyone, it has sea views and large doors that take you straight out to the terrace – its just the spot for a lazy lunch, overlooking the pool and sea beyond. The ground floor is largely open plan, so the dining room flows through to the sitting room. Here are comfortable sofas, a television, DVD player, sound system and wonderful sea views. There are also double doors to the terrace outside. Up on the first floor is the main sleeping accommodation – with the master bedroom, with ensuite bathroom and private balcony, and a further two bedrooms. Theres another bathroom here, with shower, again designed to a high standard with a sleek finish. The basement is a spacious home cinema room with roomy sofas, television, DVD, sound system and projector. There are twin beds here, and also another bathroom. The cottage, completely separate to the main villa shares the villas outside terraces. Its a great little spot if you want to holiday with another family, or other relatives who might want privacy away from the main house. There are two double bedrooms here, a super sitting room with stunning sea views, and a bathroom. Its small but perfectly formed, with each room having plenty of space. The swimming pools curved shape echoes the coastline below it – bob about in the pool, looking out across the sea; just the spot to really feel like youre away from home. Theres a barbecue here, and a terrace with table and chairs, with enough room to seat everyone. You can do your own thing in the day, and meet up in the evening for a relaxing supper with stunning sea views. #### Features Interior Grounds Main House Interior Ground Floor - Fully fitted kitchen - Dining & living room First Floor - Bedroom 1 - Master bedroom, with en-suite bathroom & balcony - Bedroom 2 – Two double beds, with shared bathroom & shower Basement - Bedroom 3 – Twin beds - Communal bathroom - Cinema room Cottage - Bedroom 4 - Double bedroom - Bedroom 5 - Double bedroom - Living room - Communal bathroom Outside - Private swimming pool, with ladder access - Sun loungers & umbrellas - Shaded terraces - Outdoor dining - Outdoor Gas Weber Barbecue Facilities - Broadband Internet/ Wi-Fi - Garage - Fireplace - Projector - DVD player - Satellite television - Sound system - Welcome hamper on arrival - 2 Highchairs - 2 Cots - 2 Stairgates #### Location Katavolos is a peaceful and picturesque village on the northeast coast of Corfu.
