T1 Bicos 101 is a ground floor apartment with in a modern 2 story build. The apartment is tastefully decorated with a fresh, clean, homely feel. This is a one bedroom apartment with the bedroom hosting a double bed and the lounge has a double sofa bed and a single folding bed too. You can clearly see that the apartment itself is spacious and perfect for a holiday location. The kitchen is complete and equipped as if you were in your own home. With Oven, Hob, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Coffee Machine, Toaster, Juicer, Crockery, Cutlery, Glassware and all utensils. The lounge has a TV with local channels and there is also WiFi. The swimming pool is a large size and is communal so ideal for making new friendships or a peaceful cool off from the hot sunny days. All in all this property makes a great holiday stay. If you want to drive, there is a garage space for you in the communal garage however there is really no need for a car as the location is so close to all amenities. The area is amazing with Praia da Oura beach a mere 300 metres away. Also there are several bars and restaurants within a 5 minute walk and the main area called the Strip is within easy reach and has a hype of activity and evening entertainment. The supermarket is 200 metres so you have all you need for a perfect home from home experience.
