It sizes 6 x 3.5 meters and has a depth that ranges from 1.20 to 1.70 meters. The area offers sun loungers and an outdoor shower to cool off quickly. Under the porch you can enjoy delicious grilled meats cooked on the mobile barbecue. The property has direct neighbours although privacy is total. The one-storey house has a classic and comfy style. The living room offers AC and TV-sat. The dining room has capacity for 6 people. The separate kitchen is equipped with a gas stove. The laundry room is located on the other side of the pool and has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The closest beach is in Muro, about 13 km away, although you can visit other equally beautiful beaches in Puerto de Pollensa or Can Picafort. An excursion through the Sierra de Tramuntana or a day playing golf in Pollensa are other activities that you can enjoy in the area. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden.
