It is connected to the main road of Sunny Beach in a quiet gated complex (Sun Village) surrounded by lots of Supermarkets , Restaurants, cafes, shops , Resort Polyclinic Pharmacies, Rent a Car, Taxis, Dental clinic, casinos etc. The space The total area of the apartment is (57 sq.m.) It is very comfortable and it is set on the third floor, functionally distributed between one bedroom, Living room with kitchenette, a bathroom with toilet, hallway and one balcony overlooking the landscaped courtyard. The flat is fully furnished and equipped, with cable TV and internet. The heating is provided by air conditioners.
