The space The Apartment is on the 3rd floor equipped with an elevator and local heating when it is functioning from the hotel. When central heating is not functioning there are electrical heaters in the apartment to keep it warm. It faces east/north surrounded by the Rila, Pirin and Rhodope mountains.
