This bright and welcoming house is in a great location, with shops and restaurants all within easy walking distance. The long sandy stretch of beach with crystal clear water is a short walk away. The gated entrance to Villa Garcia is from the street, here there is plenty of parking outside the villa. On the ground floor is a comfortable lounge/diner, the fully fitted kitchen leads off from the lounge and opens on to the outside covered terrace with dining table and chairs, there is a lawned area which lead to your private pool. Upstairs there is a double bedroom and a twin room which share a terrace overlooking the side of the house, there is also another twin room and bathroom. There is an additional shower room on the ground floor. In line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 17:30 to 19:30 and from 22:00 to 09:00. All our villas are cleaned following a strict cleaning protocol, ensuring your peace of mind. All our properties include the 1st Cot and Highchair free of charge. Additional cots and highchairs can be arranged. Please ask us if you require any additional items before you travel and we would be happy to arrange this. Our local office open all year, and we would be delighted to meet you when you are here on holiday to offer any advice, or recommendations that you may require during your stay.
