Toro Playa is located in a great central location, Just 1 Street away from the central street in Alcudia known as Bellvue. Here you will find an excellent choice of bars, restaurants and entertainment. In addition the fantastic sandy beach is just a 15 minute walk away. This stylish semidetached 5 bedroomed house is ideal for larger parties or families holidaying together. The outside space is perfect for relaxing with a private pool, sun loungers and a terrace dotted with exotic palm trees and plants. There is comfortable seating and a covered terrace with dining table and chairs and a brick built BBQ. The gated entrance open on to the villa grounds and the main entrance to the house is at the front of the villa. On the ground floor you will find an open plan lounge/dining area with ample comfortable seating, flat screen TV, dining table and chairs. There are patio doors from here opening on to the outside terrace. Also on the ground floor is 1 double bedroom and a twin bedroom, these bedrooms share a shower bathroom. Upstairs there is 1 large double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. In addition there is another double bedroom and twin bedroom that share a separate shower bathroom. Cleaning service is included during your holiday. All our villas are cleaned following a strict cleaning protocol, ensuring your peace of mind. All our properties include the 1st Cot and Highchair free of charge. Additional cots and highchairs can be arranged.
