An added BONUS is that this SPA is equipped with AM/FM/Bluetooth audio with subwoofer and two speakers so that you can listen to music of your choice while in the SPA! Owners of the property take no responsibility/liability for any accident, injury or health issue resulting from the use of the hot tub. Use of the hot tub is at your own risk. All children under 16 must be supervised at all times. This is a LUXURY Thermo Spa - no food, metal or glass objects, or towels are permitted in the SPA. Guests need to take a shower prior to getting in the SPA to free bodies of oil, dirt, odor and ETC. You will be charged if instructions are not followed and excessive scrubbing and cleaning is needed that results in multiple drainings and refilling of the SPA and clogging of the filtration system. PLEASE NOTE: There is a $65 maintenance charge to use the hot tub (Optional).
