Beautiful sunny penthouse in the center of Sitges with a private terrace-solarium and spectacular views of the city and the sea. It is located in an area known as Oasis, as soon as you enter Sitges; a quiet and peaceful place, frequented mostly by families who enjoy access to the community pool and all services and transport within walking distance during their stay. Sitges beaches are only a 5 minute walk straight ahead; a path that has no loss. The apartment is on the sixth floor with an elevator. It has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, all of them en suite. As soon as you enter, the warmth of the living room with the colorful paintings and the comfort of the furniture welcomes you in what will be your second home. At the back is a beautiful terrace with views of the city of Sitges. On this same floor we find a double room with its own bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen. Going up the spiral staircase we access the duplex floor where the rest of the rooms are: one double with a double and single bed, another with a double bed and the third room with two single beds. All bathrooms are for private use and always with shower. The main double room has access to a spectacular roof terrace, very spacious and ideal for sunbathing and enjoying dinner with friends and family. The sea can be seen on the horizon and the views of all Sitges are 360º. OUR PROFESSIONAL CLEANING AND DISINFECTION PROTOCOL: Our villas and apartments are always cleaned to the highest standards and great care is taken when preparing the property for your stay. All of our properties will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before each stay. All bedding and towels provided on the property are professionally washed at 60C. However, as an additional service, you will have the option of ordering new bedding and towels for your stay, at an additional cost. Hydrogel hand sanitizer will be available at all properties. REGISTRATION IN THE PROPERTY WITHOUT CONTACT: The check-in will be with a mask respecting the recommended social distancing of 1 meter. There will be the possibility of accessing the property through a safe with a code that contains the keys, having previously registered all guests online. Contact us for more details.
