Located on the streets where all the main hotels are including the Hilton and the only Casino in Sal (100 meters from the building) Around the entrance of the building there is a small market, 2 restaurant/bar and our office. The building has security service 24/7. Across the street, walking no more than 5 minutes you are on the beautiful white sand beach of the bay of Santa Maria, where you can find also sun lounges and shades for a very reasonable price or just lay down on your towel on the public beautiful beach and enjoy the ocean with his amazing shades of colours. 10/15 minutes walking you are in the centre of Santa Maria where you can find all the amenities such as restaurants, fast food shops, markets, bar etc. 20 minutes driving from the International Airport of Sal at the cost of 15 euro each way.
