The villa is built on three levels: The lower level, in which lies a living room along with three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and access to the swimming pool area. The middle level that has a modern and fully equipped kitchen together with a living room that gives access to the veranda where there is a dining table for 8 and built in sofa with a spectacular view over the Aegean Sea. On the upper level theres another room with outstanding sea view. All the rooms are delightfully decorated with exceptional attention to detail and comfort. Every room is equipped with air condition, safety box and hair dryer. In the front yard is a car parking area with a BBQ and build in sofa and a small garden also with outstanding sea view. A remote sliding garage door secures the whole property. The villa also has a security alarm system. The whole property is covered by WIFI and satellite TV. Washing and drying appliances are provided along with an iron and iron board. The villa is only 3km from Mykonos town. The house is very close to Ornos(2,1 kms), Agios Ioannis(2,5 kmrs), Platis Yialos and Psarou beaches. Restaurants, supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy, dry cleaners, confectionery and other supply stores are located only 3min drive. In 1,9 km from the villa is an organized kite and widnsurfing school in Korfos bay. Swimming pool towels are provided. Maid service every 2 days. Change of linen twice a week.
