THE ROSE is an apartment recently refurbished and located in the heart of Sitges. It is an apartment with an ideal size, for a maximum of 4 people has everything you need to have a great holiday. It has a double room with bunk beds, another room of two double beds of 100x190 convertible into a double of 200X190 with direct exit to the terrace. It has a bathroom with large shower. The kitchen is small but fully equipped. The flat has 2 very comfortable terraces to have breakfast, dinner or just relax reading a book. There is also a communal swimming pool. The apartment is just 5 minutes walk from the beach on Avenida Princesa Sofia, or by one of the alleys of the village, the pedestrian center of Sitges and 10 minutes from the station and the supermarket. It is a highly recommended apartment to spend holidays with family or friends. Information for Check In: - The signing of a rental contract for the stay will be requested. - Tourist taxes must be paid, as required by the Townhall of Sitges (0.90 euros per person per night | maximum of 7 nights | children under 16 do not pay it) There is possibility of late arrival between 00:01h and 06:00h for an extra charge of €50 paid locally and between 21:00h and 00:00h for an extra charge of €30 paid locally.
