The double bedroom is separated from the en-suite bathroom open by a wooden screen. The solarium, the swimming pool and the large garden with grass are undoubtedly the highlights of Villa Sebastián. The terrace is partially covered providing shade for the dining room. To one side of the villa is its impressive barbecue, which is equipped with a sink, prep area, and a second table and chairs. The private pool has Roman steps and is surrounded by a pleasant lawned garden that provides a comfortable space to relax. There is no access to the roof terrace. The villa has a driveway that leads to a large parking area and the main entrance at the front of the house. The spacious open plan lounge and dining room has a traditional high beamed ceiling. There is a comfortable seating area with a flat-screen TV and a dining table and chairs with a charming ornamental wood burning stove. Patio doors open onto the terrace and garden. The adjoining kitchen is well equipped, with all the mod cons for a relaxing stay. From the kitchen there is access to the terrace, barbecue and laundry room.
