SAFETY MEASURES TO PREVENT COVID-19 Our properties allow private and safe holidays since they are for the exclusive enjoyment of our guests. We use safety and hygienic measures according to the protocols, with specialized products* to guarantee the total disinfection of our properties before every arrival. To ensure these tasks are properly performed, we have opted for delaying the check-in time to 17:00h. The check-out remains at 10:00h. *Among the products we use we can highlight the antibacterial "Christenys" Villa Diniz II, with its unique location, private pool and welcoming interiors, is an exciting addition to our programme. Ideally located just a 10 minutes walk away from the sandy beach of Playa De Muro (voted as one of the best beaches of Mallorca), the villa offers beautiful views over the surrounding natural lakes together with the additional bonus of being in close proximity to a wide array of shops, restaurants, bars. Definitely a property not to be missed! With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large common areas and pleasant gardens, Villa Daniz II can sleep up to 6 guests in air-conditioned interiors. Inside, the villa is set over one floor, being therefore ideal also for families with children or elderly guests. The decor is modern and airy, to emphatize the summer feeling of this cheerful property. There is a large lounge with comfortable sofas, dining table for 6, satellite TV (free channels), wi-fi internet and patio doors opening out to the poolside terrace. The separate, fully equipped kitchen has all the essentials for a self catering holiday: 4 cooking rings, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer (washing machine available in a separate utility area). There are 3 spacious bedrooms, all air.conditioned and beautifully furnished, respectively 2 doubles and 1 twin. There are also 2 modern family bathrooms, one with bathtub + shower over and one with shower. Outside, Villa Diniz II offers spacious sunbathing terraces together with pleasant gardens with lawn, shrubs and flowers. The private pool measures 6m x 3m (depth is between 1.1m and 1.9m) and it has Roman Steps into it. 6 comfortable sunbeds are provided, tohether with several opportunities for al-fresco dining (barbecue is also available).
