Villa Fiol is a detached and super villa located in the well-known residential area of Llenaire. It is just 400m away from the beach. On the ground floor we find 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, three of them are twin and one double. The double bedroom and one of the twins have an en-suite bathroom each, both bedrooms have direct access to the pool area. There is an additional bathroom and toilet at this floor. The kitchen, lounge and living room are modern and fully equipped. And additional room allows the guests the use of a washing machine and tumble dryer. At the first floor we can find another air-conditioned twin bedroom with its own balcony. A bathroom and an air-conditioned sitting room complete this level. The villa occupies a large plot and offers good privacy having hedging all round the gardens to the side and rear where the swimming pool is also located.
