Villa Ca Sou is a lovely stone clad villa with a private swimming pool. This five bedroom villa is tucked away in the Mallorca countryside, not far from the historic old town of Alcudia, and also a few minutes drive away from Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa. This countryside villa has the added of a free Wi-Fi and air conditioning in the bedrooms. Entering the villa via the covered terrace brings you directly into an open plan lounge/dining room which maintains its wooden beamed ceiling and solid stone walls. This area is comfortably furnished and to the left of the lounge leads you into a good sized, well equipped kitchen with the appliances you will need to cater for all the family. From this area a door leads to the back terrace where the built in barbecue is located. Back to the entrance and on the right hand side a corridor takes you to two of the bedrooms, both are sharing a full bathroom and to the utility room where the washing machine is located. A staircase leads up to the upper floor where the rest of the bedrooms and two further bathrooms are located. All bedrooms have A/C units (in line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM – these times cannot be extended and/or changed). Outside, the swimming pool is surrounded by a sun terrace with mesmerizing views to the open countryside, the far distant mountains and the bay of Pollensa.
