The Villa and all its living spaces are of enormous dimensions, very spacious and comfortable. The Villa has a large entrance, 3 bedrooms all with bathroom en suite (one with a double bed, and the other 2 with 3 single beds, ideal for the youngsters in the family). In the living room you have 2 single sofa beds. On the ground floor we find a huge living-dining room that opens directly onto the terrace-balcony, perfect for al fresco meals & chilling. The fully equipped kitchen and BBQ are next door plus an additional bathroom. A beautiful terrace that surrounds the entire house with views of the cove, with access to the private pool and gardens. The property is located in a quiet residential area although in a few minutes you have the cove with a supermarket, bars and restaurants. With endless options for a little driving, Paguera, Puerto Andratx, Magalluf and Santa Ponsa are close by. They have parking in the same property. Rules: -It is totally forbidden to smoke inside the property, if you do not comply with the rule you will be penalized. -Please maintain order and cleanliness inside the villa. -Guests will be obliged to take care of the garbage generated during their stay, depositing it in the containers or collection places established before the end of their stay. -A responsible use of air conditioning and heating must be made, turning them off when they are not inside the villa ANY EXCESSIVE NOISE, LOUD MUSIC AND PARTIES ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN! In the case of receiving complaints from neighbors due to excessive noise or annoying behavior by anyone in their group, the owner has the right to expel the client and all guests from the apartment regardless of whether it is day or night and without giving any Return of the amount already paid for the reservation, also keeping the deposit. No noise is allowed from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. in the morning.
