Beware -- in these locations near the sea, the signal is often weak so without one of these, you may not get a usable signal. Theres a shed out back with six beach chairs, two beach umbrellas, a couple of large coolers (one with wheels), several body boards, tennis rackets, a kite, fire pit, and other toys. Our home sits on a quiet, dead-end street, safe for kids. This area is not as it appears on the maps. The roads and neighborhood were never completed and were instead made into conservation land protecting the Simmons Pond watershed. This is the last house on Whip-O-Will Drive. It sits by itself and looks out on a large expanse of grass and trees. Be sure and watch the video! One NEMA 14-50 outlet is available outside in the driveway for 240 volt charging at 32, 40 or 50 amps depending on your cable and car. For a Tesla Model 3 with standard UMC this adds about 30 miles per hour. Its enclosed in a locked steel box (you will be given a combo). Bring your own cable. Mine is 20 feet long and reaches ok if you pull up onto the lawn a bit.
