Location Located between Cannes and St-Raphaël, Théoule-sur-Mer is a seaside town with little tourism, which cultivates a taste for discretion. Its unspoiled landscapes make it possible to appreciate from the sea or the heights of the city all the charm of the Estérel and its famous red stones. The sea, located 100m away, is accessible by a footpath which leads to Aiguille beach, a pleasant family beach of fine sand (approx. 7mn on foot). In the town center of Théoule-sur-Mer there are a few local shops: pharmacy, bakery, small supermarket, tobacco, newspapers, hairdresser (approx. 15 minutes on foot). 10-15 minutes by car: tennis, golf, nautical activities (sailing, water skiing), numerous hiking trails (Notre-Dame-dAfrique, Cap de lEstérel ...), hypermarket, gas station. Note: a pyrotechnic festival in the bay of Cannes facing the house above the sea is held every year from July 14 to August 24!
