If you enjoy to do tourism as if you were a local, then this apartment is an excellent choice, as it is located in the neighborhood of Casal das Figueiras, a typical district of Setúbal. Here you will feel that you mix with the inhabitants of the neighborhood in your daily life. Everything is genuine, like going shopping at the grocery store or the local butcher, having your breakfast at the pastry shop and even eating a grilled fish in a neighboring tavern, where the quality is excellent. The apartment is located in a small building with only 2 apartments. It has been completely renovated and equipped to provide a very comfortable stay for a family of 4 or 6 people. It has 2 bedrooms, one double and the other with 2 single beds. It has air conditioning, a nice living room with a double sofa bed and a balcony overlooking the neighborhood and the Sado River in the background. It has a large terrace for al fresco dining and sun loungers where you can simply relax in the sun. The area is very quiet and you can park for free on the street next to the apartment. From here you will be able to discover the fishing town of Setúbal, where each street has a story to tell, such as the convent of Jesus, built between 1490 and 1510, is one of the citys ex-libris and one of the most significant monuments of the Portuguese architecture. The Mercado do Livramento dating from 1930, is another of the landmarks of the city due to its beautiful architecture and a varied offer of fresh products. Out of the hustle and bustle of the city, the imposing mountain of Arrábida appears, with its fabulous views, spectacular beaches and unique fauna and flora in the world. Figueirinha, Galápos, Galapinhos, Portinho da Arrábida and Creiro are just some of the magnificent beaches where guests can enjoy sunbathing in clear and blue waters.
